Run ftp commands in parallel #10

When multiple ftp servers are being used, the code could run faster if the ftp commands for the individual servers/files would run in parallel, e.g. by using threads.

Will be part of the next gem release. I will try to roll a release candidate for testing tomorrow :)

There is a new gem release candidate out that contains this feature: 1.1.0.rc1
