It should have a tool tip showing what it means.. i would have guessed "browse" but browse uses another icon... Attachment?, Edit?

Yup,

As you have probably deduced, it's to show all available resized versions of that particular attachment.

I'm open for a better suggestion for the icon. I'm a bit stump on what to use.

In any case, I'll add a tooltip.
