直近1週間(例)で追加されたイベントに対して、カレンダーページで New! などのバッジをつける
なお、現在バックエンドのEventモデルにcreated_atがないので、フィールドの追加から改修が必要

実装手順

backendのEventモデルにcreated_at, updated_atを追加
frontendでcreated_atを見て条件分岐して New! バッジをつける
