just a little update for README.md:

The script worked fine on a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon 6th Generation (20KH006JGE) running Ubuntu 19.10.
(comes with acpi_call module preinstalled, so no other dependencies required)

Thank you very much for the good work!

And another note: after issuing
at@nvm:fix_cat_fcclock.fcclock_mode=0
on the modem device, I had to enable and disable the radio killswitch, in order to activate the modem.

works on X1 Carbon gen 6 (20KHCTO1WW) as well so you can add it in the list of supported devices

Confirm. It's working on X1 Carbon gen 6. I don't know how to permanently set this modem on USB mode. Is it possible? Or after each restart I should use xmm2usb script?

this is exactly what I want to know. Is there a way to permanently enable usb mode? persistent through reboots?
