while installation, a plugin called "logic" could not be installed, and it's not available in wordpress repository

This plugin Not available in WP Repo.

What issue did you face to install this theme? this theme folder has Doc, did you follow the documentation?

I followed the guide in Doc, the theme installs but not functioning correctly probably because of this plugin
