Related: the grammar repository makes xproc30 grammar files. I also think the grammar repository expects the step builds to contribute files back to the grammar repo and that apparently stopped working in 2021.

Resolved by #621 in this repository and related changes in https://github.com/xproc/3.0-grammar/
