Not working OFFSET with MSSQL 2000 (ROW_NUMBER() - not found)

i just tested with Ms SQL 2005
it look like ROW_NUMBER() is new feature in 2005
i'm not sql expert so if you have any suggestion for ROW_NUMBER() alternative in sql 2000 please
