User-defined region of interest:

Must be able to copy the exact same shape and paste it on to different elements.

Calculate mean, median, mode, total, minimum, maximum for all elements in the dataset in a

Generate histogram from a selected region to view distribution: image in editable, exportable format

Cluster recognition analysis - algorithm-defined regions of interest

Thresholding - displaying fluorescence counts from user-defined ranges.

Show r-squared values between two elements of interest as the pixel value

referencing maps in space (so that multiple maps may be overlayed)

plotting color intesity with gamma values smaller or larger than unity,

masking data on maps to look at correlations between elements on selected areas, and vice versa
