USB connection

i am using a q10 device and windows 10.
i dowloaded 25.2 MB Sachesi2.0.4-Windows.zip. However, when i am trying to run it, it is continuously searching for USB device. My blackberry is connected via usb to laptop , however sachesi is unable to identiy and i cannot proceed forward.

Please assist.

I am also experiencing this issue. However, it is with a blackberry passport. It also says I have multiple devices connected via the usb, but I only have one.

Regression from 2.0.3.

OS: Windows 10x64 1903
Device: Passport

If this happens, try using 2.0.3 instead.

Thanks for this. 2.0.3 works. Turns out the problem occurs with 2.0.4, but rolling back to 2.0.3 fixed it. Device is a Blackberry Classic, Windows 10.
