dealii@develop failure on taskflow

There is no version 3.10 yet at https://github.com/taskflow/taskflow/tags

for now using: spack install dealii@develop ^taskflow@master

Also perhaps the current release dealii@9.6.2 needs a check with these newer versions of taskflow - maybe they won't work with 3.10?

https://github.com/dealii/dealii/pull/17990/files was merged yesterday and we are aware that we have to update the bundled package when Taskflow 3.10 is really realeased.

Possibly, but given the versioning scheme in taskflow it should work.
