modal not functioning in iOS 10.1.1 on iPhone 7 #158

Modals are not functioning property on iPhone 7 (safari, iOS 10.1.1)

It's getting into the show function but not getting into the _backdrop.call() callback.

I'm assuming that hide is also not functioning properly, but I cannot test.

I came across this issue on an independent application, but the demo here doesn't work either - http://xsokev.github.io/Dojo-Bootstrap/modal.html
