Bug with inventory sorting

In Sky Factory 4 I came across the issue while using a Loot Fabricator (LF). I went into the LF and muscle-memory-ed the sort inventory button and the pristine matter and all of the items that were already made disappeared. I tested again with a smaller batch and was able to replicate the issue. The mod is Inventory Sorter.

Not sure if the issue is with this mod or the sorting one but I figured this would at least show light on the issue.
