This is related to issue #49. I'm flagging this as a bug because it's a UX flaw.
Right now all registered Users, Connectors, Contexts and Actions appear in in the filter dropdowns, even if records for them don't exist.
Ideally, we should populate only those for which records actually exist:
Or alternatively (maybe even preferred) we could grey those terms that don't yet have any records:
