Pie Chart Being Selective

This is really weird, but I've checked my code a million times. For some reason when in a certain view, no slices are showing up. I have no idea what i am doing or why it won't work. Im sorry that this is so vague, but it is the weirdest thing and I cannot describe it other than by saying its being selective in which view it is shown.
