Seems like the ZIP file dosnt have the .exe file, but instead the had a algernon file with the extension .1 instead.
Was gonna update the package in the winget repo.
Did a workflow fail or something like that? :)

Thanks for reporting! Algernon currently does not compile for Windows, but I'll look into it.

Now the Windows release has been fixed/added for 1.17.2 as well.
