After installing the new version of geforce experience 3.27 I can't start the broadcast on ps vita. The system says it's stream starting, one minute later it's disconnecting. Resume stream does not help

NVidia Geforce Experience version: 3.27
Vita Moonlight version: 0.9.1
Vita Moonlight running on: _PSVita 1000
