Docs site appears to be down (or timing out)

I'm located in Canada and I am currently unable to access the website linked in the README to view the docs. I was able to view it just fine earlier this year, but now it's timing out. I now have to rely on the Wayback Archive to view snapshots of the docs.

I apologize if this isn't the right place to ask about this, but I thought I should post about it incase anyone else is having difficulties. I'm not sure if this is a regional DNS issue.
