关于评论区时常刷新失败 #325

作者你好，我很喜欢你设计的主题，近日我遇到一个情况，希望请你指教。

当我打开pjax功能后，有时候有概率遇到评论区刷新失败的情况：在A浏览器初次打开blog，B浏览器亦初次打开blog并留言，留言通过审核后，A浏览器不论怎么刷新都看不到这条留言。但是B浏览器能看到。

A B分别为Microsoft Edge同埋Safari，请问这是什么原理？是因为cloudflare的cache策略？定係pjax？多谢你。

这块目前未复现，也为发现此问题，待后续发现此问题，再进行修复
