I would first like to say that this is a really great app, exactly the functionality I wished Spotify had implemented themselves. Thank you so much for developing it!

However, I am experiencing a small issue that is a bit annoying. When I don't use the button and the muse app for a while, the button reverts to the standard media button. I then have to open the Muse window with the shortcut key for the control strip to reappear.

Are anybody else experiencing this issue, and if so; is it possible to fix it?

It's a macOS design choice: the latest app with control strip support you open takes the first spot, and the others are enqueued in chronological order. Anyway, with eb02989 (it'll be included in next update) I've made the control strip button update whenever a notification from the controlled players is dispatched (e.g. when you start a new track, toggle play/pause or skip). That should make the button available most of the time.
I wouldn't go more aggressive than this on retaining top spot because other useful apps (like BetterTouchTool or some switchers) are using this feature.

Ok, sounds like a good solution.
