genshin impact- stuck on loading screen

at the start it launches perfectly, till it reaches this point (as displayed in the screenshot). it doesn't load further than the geo icon, ive updated my computer, refreshed everything, cleared my caches and nothing has worked

is there any way to fix this ??

Normally try waiting. First launch can take up to several minutes to load... Otherwise try using your mobile device or any other device to teleport to a less busy location (e.g. mondstadt) so it can facilitate the first load on yaagl.

I would like to know your system settings including:
Mac chip and model
RAM
System (I know of issues with sequoia, i suspect this is the cause of the issue)

There are frequent issues with the updating of mac versions. Usually, I recommand waiting until YAAGL is modified for the newest mac version to then update your mac.
