Hi, any chance of putting this up on crates.io?

We're presently using anyhow, and I'd love to get some decent error reports without necessarily switching to eyre.

I understand this crate may not be perfect yet, but sometimes perfection is the enemy of the good...?

the point of that PR you linked is that this crate does nothing until it is merged unfortunately :/
