Switching to the next article in list doesn't load content, only title

Describe the bug
With the update to v1.1.0 I've found that if I select to "load full content" for an article and then move on to the next article in the list the title of the article will load but the content from the previous article is displayed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open an article
2. Click on load full content in bottom pane
3. Select the next article in the list
4. Note the content displayed and the title
5. Expect that the next article would load, instead the title changes to the new article but the contents are the previous articles
