在freshrss中使用rsshub无法显示原网站图标，只能显示rsshub图标。

这个我发现可以用原网站网站+/favicon.ico来解决，比如https://twitter.com/favicon.ico

虽然图标可以自己改，但是我还是希望能配置为自动获取源网站的图标，而不是 RSSHub 的图标。
订阅数量多的话，要自己手动改，就比较麻烦。
