Ask users if subtitle is correct and if they say yes then show it as preferred subtitle for all users. #24

User adds a subtitle (by search or upload)
Ask user if subtitle is in sync and correct.
If user says no, then do nothing.
If user says yes, then upload it to a server.
From next time show this subtitle to user as preferred option.
Confirm from other users if preferred subtitle is correct.
Mark subtitles from Amara as preferred by default
