ninja hits should not affect humans with hook protection

When ninja goes through another human, the other human involuntarily jumps. This is dangerous for the other human and ninjas almost always do it to troll.

I suggest to disable this effect.

I came up with the following code. It does not take into account hook protection and will work for all humans. I am kinda ok with it and i think it can be merged; but if someone could work on enabling it only when target is hookprotected, that'd be awesome.

upd: i am re-uploading the patch as a file. Turns out, when copy-pasting, tabs are changed to spaces and the patch could not be applied any more.
