建议自行后端 api 服务，源码仓库 simple-vision/svtv-api，以便稳定解析 m3u 文件 。

假定您自行部署之后的可访问地址为 http://192.168.100.5:10000/ （亦可公网部署），填入上图 “后端接口地址” 一栏中。
