Epic Multipart Response

In this issue we should investigate the possibility to receive multipart response from server and render them incrementally upon receiving next chunk.

• Investigate performance
• Handle schemes and plans
• check traceId
• Check cancellation by queryId + abort connection
• Multiple results handling
• Handle concurrent_results - multiple results
• Add loading indicator when no data available
• Fix string width adjustment issues
• Add spinner to header
• Correctly handle empty result
• Parse array buffer instead of text
• Implement loading indicators (time, bytes/sec, rows/sec).
• Stop data stream immediately when an error occurs.
• Display error in the standard error area.
• If data is partially loaded, show error above the data.
• Incompleted encoding - not handled for some reason
• Incorrect table resizing on large datasets (like > million)
