Seems to be very affecting every other Pixiv app. Pixiv appears to have changed the log in flow

For the record, I fully intend on fixing this issue, I make full use all features included

Added an option to login via manual refresh token input

Ideally login would be a process that would not require user input. Promising leads include using the PHPSESID method proposed by some others

For now would be a guide on hwo to get the refresh token.
