Added option to save pictures to external storage

A toggle has been added to the Activity. A permission will be requested.

Saved pictures will end up in /storage/emulated/0/Pictures/PixivForMuzei3

When using external cache, will check to see if picture file already exists, and will use it

Check locale if SNI bypass is needed, fix crash on auth fail fallback to daily

Chinese localisation update

No need to update if you do not need the Chinese localisation.

Update mode policy on authentication failure setting, more localisation

On authentication failure, the user now has three options:
- Change mode to daily ranking and download from daily ranking
- Don't change mode to daily ranking, and temporarily download from daily rankding
- Don't do anything, retry at a later date

Also included are more Chinese localisation for most strings
