Is Bedrock Dedicated Server supported?

Expected Behavior

Set up waterdog to work with vanilla bedrock dedicated servers and it work as usual.

Actual Behavior

Got an error when trying to connect to the server.

Can provide more details and try to set it up again if needed (if it is supported).

I think we're going to need to drop the BDS target for now. It's too hard to maintain and seems to break wildly version to version.
