No documentation on Hackage for some versions

There is no module documentation on Hackage for versions

2.0.1, 2.0.2, 2.0.3, 2.0.3.1, 2.0.4, 2.0.5, 2.0.5.1, 2.0.7, 2.0.7.1, 2.0.8

Here is an example:

Hackage's buildbot still hadn't had time to build it. Unless it has a "build failure", it isn't a problem on our side.

this is true of all packages, it is just that persistent has done a lot of releases in the last 2 weeks.
