Memory integrity toggle #6
Comments
Actually, since VMware (and others?) can run with Hyper-V enabled, I wasn't going to use or work on this application anymore. Maybe you didn't know about it yet. What is your reason why you use this tool? |
VMware runs somewhat poorly when Hyper-V is enabled on my system. When I emulate most OSes (although I've mostly tested Windows), sound crackles very annoyingly unless I plug in my USB headset into the VM. VirtualBox, which is better for some OSes and for one of my use cases, barely works at all even though it claims to support running with Hyper-V enabled. |
As of 2023, while VMware and Hyper-V can co-exist in theory, certain software will crash inside VMware when hyper-V is enabbled. Your tool solves this problem. |
It seems like on Windows 11, hypervisorlaunchtype gets ignored and Hyper-V stays on if memory integrity is enabled.
Is it possible to add an option to disable/enable it in the GUI for when the button is used?
I certainly don't want to leave memory integrity off when I switch back to having Hyper-V on.
