Add step to re-evaluate actual BP

Do this based on the weight of the nodes, not the edges. Example (test-case 28):

Edge chr9:20682162(-)->chr9:20748649(-) has the largest weight with two reads, while the node at chr9:20682256 has a weight of 4 reads. This is also (most likely) the actual breakpoint.

Ideally the determined breakpoint should become chr9:20682256(-)->chr9:20748649(-)

(low priority, usually the more evidence the lower the chance this happens)
