JQueryRotate not working when used within a jquery UI Dialog

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a UI Dialog
2.Insert an image with JQueryRotate scripts included
3.Image does not rotate

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect a rotating image. Image does not rotate

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest

Please provide any additional information below.

This works fine when not in a UI Dialog modal popup form.
