去盘锦跑了个半马

跑了1小时40分钟，算是突破了自己，还不错，就是好累
20天后的全马一定要慢下来
感觉全马得跑4个小时。。。
这几天放肆的吃喝体重到了最高点，妈的
放纵了两天，明天开始一切恢复正常
开始为了20天后的北马，加油了
