能不能同时下载会议的信息生成一个nfo文件（最好和视频文件名一致）？方便导入类似Jellyfin、plex等媒体管理软件中使用。

jellyfin的nfo文件的一些介绍参考：https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/server/metadata/nfo/
