what is the format for input of SSEA? I found SSEA needs "colnames.txt","rownames.txt","counts.memmap","counts.transpose.memmap" and ".smt" or ".smx" file, what's the format for these files?
we used a cout matrix flat file (rows are genes, cols are samples). we use first col (gene names) as rownames.txt and first row as colnames.txt (recored sample names), and convert cout matrix to memmap files by R packages mmap. But when run SSEA, found sample size is <1.
would you send us some deom files?
Thanks a lot !
