Experimental Tools: "You can enable these feature in xxx" section does not exist

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior:

Experimental Tools dialog mentions "You can enable these features in AYON tray > Settings -> Experimental Tools". However, those settings do not exist in AYON and were likely there from OpenPype.

Expected Behavior:

Remove the text - or expose it in setting somewhere and point the little notice there instead.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open Experimental Tools dialog in any host that has it in the menu.

Or run it manually:

from ayon_core.tools.utils import host_tools
host_tools.show_experimental_tools_dialog()
