Please describe the enhancement you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?
at the moment the fbx extractor doesn't bake the skeletalAnim, so all of the input connections to the joints are being exported inside the FBX like all sorts of controllers and any other connection made by constraints Ideally the FBX extractor would fully bake those joints, removing any input connections before export
