Display user information and tags on DocumentCard

Description:
I would like to implement the following features for the Document Card:

• Display the last modified user.
• Show the list of currently connected users. (Related to Add include_presences to return active user list in GetDocument, GetDocuments yorkie#976)
• Implement a tag feature to associate tags with documents. (Related to Introduce Tag feature for efficient document management in Workspaces #132)

Why:
Currently, the Document Card does not display the last modified user or the list of currently connected users as it lacks the necessary data retrieval mechanisms. The last modified user shows no data, and the list of currently connected users is also empty. Additionally, the absence of a tag feature limits the ability to organize documents effectively.
