I've replicated this reliably:

  1. In the Dashboard, Select Swarm.
  2. Search for something, "anything".
  3. After the search completes, clear the search.
  4. Click New.

The browser navigates to https://deploy.yougov.net/%7B%%20url%20new_swarm%20%%7D and returns 404 for that resource.

Observed on latest Firefox 46.0.1.
