Add test suite for Lua to continuous integration #362

Please answer the following before submitting your issue:

What version of GopherLua are you using? : master
What version of Go are you using? : -
What operating system and processor architecture are you using? : Ubuntu
What did you do? : we use GopherLua in Tarantool's console tools
What did you expect to see? : I expect to see carefully tested GopherLua
What did you see instead? : I see that project uses only PUC Rio testsuite

There is another test suite made by François Perrad -
https://fperrad.frama.io/lua-Harness/
It would be nice to use this suite for testing GopherLua.
