Restoring Arch in place

If anyone ever forgets to back up their Arch vhdx before moving the entire directory to a new location, Arch.exe install will not work. Restoring Arch in this case is as easy as:

wsl --import-in-place Arch .\ext4.vhdx
.\Arch.exe config --default-user <your_username>

And then create a Windows Terminal profile for the new Arch executable.
