フロントエンドのホスティング先をどうするか？

vercelでチーム開発をする際には、少なくとも１人はProプランに加入する必要性が判明した。
（Hobbyのままだと管理者以外のPRではVercelデプロイが失敗してしまう）

今（2023-06-17 11:30）は、堀越さんが Netlify にシュッとデプロイを試してくれているが、それがうまくいかなかったり、他に選択肢があればアイディアが欲しいお気持ち。

希望条件としては
・完全無料
・チーム開発できる（管理者以外のPUSH、PR作成でも問題が発生しない）

毎月リミットはありますが、誰がデプロイしてもOKです〜
