Useful for seminar notes.

Want to add next and prev buttons.

Could be realized by adding a type of tags like either:

seminar:2020-12-08
seq:seminar:2020-12-08
#seminar:2020-12-08
seminar#2020-12-08
seminar@2020-12-08
seminar(2020-12-08)

I think the format of seminar#2020-12-08 looks nice when we use it like lecture#1, lecture#2, ...
