you can drag your cursor around to move forward / back in time

this would be cool but need some data structures changes because rn only forward playback is efficient (so dragging backwards would be hard)
(some way to go to past event + when going backwards, know if you hit the end of an on note)

ui wise this would probably be enabled on shift + Click if 'polyphonic note preview' is enabled
