When starting OpenSpades it says missing storage multisample

Umm... What is "storage multiplier"? Please provide more information by following the issue submitting instructions in this wiki page so we can help you out better. Also maybe some screenshots help to explain the problem.

when he starts the game this happens he cant change anything

It seems like he turned off the config window. Hit the space bar quickly as soon as you see the startup logo (that says OpenSpades) and you should be able to access the config window.

it worked with the spacebar
and he turned antialias off

Seems like a video driver's bug. (Whether this work-around works or not, we recommend updating the video driver to the latest possible version. Bugs caused by a defective video driver are extremely difficult to diagnose and fix, and you are more likely to encounter one with older drivers than with newer drivers)

I wrote a quick work-around for that: BasicBlockDepthOnlyDriverFix.pak Place it under the Resources directory and see if it works?
