Describe the bug
When grappling close to a dimension change (e.g. the falling through mod) this can lead to odd behaviour when part of the hook is stuck in another dimension.

Version
Mod version and Minecraft version
Grappling Hook Mod v13 for 1.19.2

To Reproduce
If you can, steps to reproduce the behavior, e.g.:

  1. Fall into another dimension with the falling through mod while being grappled to some place.
  2. Most likely die when doing something with the grappling hook afterwrds.

Also happens with the normal nether portal.

Can also happen when not grappled or attached. I was shooting off the grapple trying to stop my fall into the void (Sky Islands) but it did not attach to anything as I was too far away. I was holding it when teleported to the Nether (Fallingthrough mod). I briefly was slow falling from the Nether roof level (Nether coords: x183, z-68) when I suddenly ended up at y=-224, but at the same coordinates I fell in the Overworld (x1481, z-454). Journeymap marked my death point as occurring at x11600, z-3960 in the Nether, which if you divide these coords by 8 you get roughly the previous coords. Apparently the grappling hook creates some kind of multiverse singularity point where all coords intersect between dimensions.
