LabCompass does not work for me...

Hello all, here is the new guy for POE.
I love this game and thanks for your hardworking.
Please see my screenshot.
The LabCompass does not work anyway.
I run the game and goto the Plaza.
Then run LabCompass and run the LabCompass.
Import the map and plan the path.
Then close the planner and active the labyrinth.
Nothing happened...
The LabCompass does not show my location and where is the exit......
I run all programs as Administrator...
Even this is the 2nd day I had tried because I saw somebody fix the issue automatically after sleeping..
If anyone can guide me what's the problem happen to me?
What I missed?
