Run everything from only 1 custom folder location

Look,
I have to run this in a VM because of how it is coded.
It would be very good for this project if you kept your program assets in and running in one user declared folder. It's not hard, Electroneum and many other altcoins work completely out of any installed custom directory and don't place files in Windows and User folders. There's really no excuse for this.
